“We were back at Columbia as adjudicators and guest artists for this fantastic educational jazz festival in the Gold Country of California. We listened to school groups, worked with them after they performed, Clockwork did a workshop on Friday and then Angie and Phil Mattson did a workshop on solo singing on Saturday. Brought the students up on stage and worked with them. Clockwork, Barbara Morrison, Don Shelton, Phil Mattson and the smokin’ house band performed Friday night and two shows on Saturday. Whew. It was a fanTAStic and exhausting weekend!
